More pics from Miller Park

Friday, Brad had the opportunity to take batting practice at Miller Park thanks to his friend Paul, whose dad is a season ticket holder.  We had a BLAST!!  We all got to go on the field and hang out in the dugout.  Daddy even hit a ball all the way to the warning track!!!  Makenna had so much fun walking around the stadium.  And today, she started standing from a sit to start walking (before she'd fall down in the middle of a room and just crawl the rest of the way).  Looks like she's about to transition to full blown walker!

Fun at the State Fair

Tonight we headed to the State Fair, hoping Makenna would have a good time checking out the animals.  She didn't show as much interest in them as we thought she might- in fact as we were looking at the piggies, I kept telling her "look at the baby piggies, Makenna" and she just kept staring at this other couple that was looking at the piggies.  After 5 seconds of staring at them without them noticing her, she let's out the loudest "hhhiiii!".  She was way more interested in people watching and just being her cute self.  Ha!

I've started trying to remember to take out her piggies before putting her in her carseat, because as soon as she gets bored and sees her self in the mirror, she tries taking them out.  Here she is all proud of herself for succeeding:)

Greenville Day

This week, we've learned that getting out of the house with 4 babies is quite an adventure, but usually worth it in the end.  Greenville is an hour or so away from Greenwood, so after morning naps we all piled in the minivan and headed for Greenville.  Clint took the day off, so we had a 1:1 ratio:)  Overall, the day was quite a success - we LOVED Greenville and the babies were all very very good, despite skipping afternoon naps.  By the time we got home we were all wiped out!
