He LOVED it!!  He was splashing his legs around like crazy and squealing in delight!!

Haircut time

Look who got a big girl haircut today!

Complete with an all out shampoo and condition - she thought she was pretty cool!

Isn't she BEAUTIFUL!?!

Best part was that since I get my haircut here, they gave her a referral discount so her haircut only cost $4 and next time I get my haircut I get a $15 discount, too.  And since I booked her next appointment already, she gets another $10 off that one.  Yay!!

I think it is safe to say we hit the embryo adoption jackpot with these 2 sweeties!!  I actually got this message from an old friend today....

"I seriously think your kids are the cutest ever.  I don't want to sound weird publicly on facebook - lol.  So happy for you and I love seeing all your pics."  and the best part... "I was just talking to my mom and sis about what u did with embryo adoption.  They had no idea.  U have educated a lot of peeps.  And I'm so happy for you're family."  

Love this!  Love that word of embryo adoption is spreading because of these beautiful faces!!  

And yes, I would have to agree that my kids are the cutest.  ever.

Liquid gold...

Worst nightmare came true today when I found out the contractors accidentally unplugged our freezer last week. And yes there was probably 150 oz of breast milk in it that must be tossed. That's 30-40 bottles. That's 6-7 HOURS of time spent pumping. That's just not replacable. So heartbroken. Time to start bumping up the supply again. Who wants a dark beer? This girl.

Headed over to Cheryl's for a last minute play date today. We had a really bad night is sleep(or lack thereof) and it was nice to connect with other sleep deprived mamas.

Morning

This morning Daddy left for work early and I woke up to the sound of little footsteps running down the hallway back and forth over and over again.  Grandma and Grandpa were on their way over so I figured I must have over slept and Makenna must have gotten up when she heard them here.  I looked at my clock and it was only 7am so I knew it couldn't be them.  I opened my door to see this little smiling face waiting so patiently for me to get out of bed.  Lol - what a honey!!  She usually just stays in her room until we wake up but lately she has been coming out when she wakes up.  I think it is so funny that she just sat down outside my door - who knows how long she was waiting - ha ha!
